xyzmo has developed a new version of its biometric server that utilizes signature recognition to authenticate a user’s identity.
The system, called SIGNificant Biometric Server, utilizes a threshold factor that creates a varied authentication process resulting in reduced false negatives and false positives.
A person is authenticated via their signature not by the final shape and look of the signature, but rather more unique and subconscious attributes such as a personal rhythm, acceleration and pressure through measurements of horizontal and vertical pen movement, pressure, angle and tilt.
Additionally, a user’s personal biometric profile in the SIGNificant Biometric Server updates each time a user enrolls allowing for a very flexible record of a user’s signature over time.
