Microsoft has verified that VoiceVault’s voice biometric identity verification product can conduct one billion authentication sessions annually.
With that level of scalability, VoiceVault can manage authentication processes for high-volume call centers or smart device apps without slowing down the user session. VoiceVault manages this by incorporating Microsoft’s SQL Server 2012 into its architecture.
VoiceVault says this speed rate enables higher cost savings through the need for less hardware for identity verification in specific response times.
VoiceVault is a private, California-based company that targets the financial and health care industries with its voice biometrics products that offer data delivery, application access control, transaction authorization, identity verification, e-signature provision and out of band authentication.
