Biometrics 101 – Biometrics Basics and What Campus Problems Can Biometric Science Solve
These regional seminars are scheduled to be conducted quarterly with the next seminar being conducted on Tuesday, February 19th at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, California. Attending area institutions will have representation from the campus’ information technology groups, physical facilities, law enforcement, libraries, and science laboratories. The complimentary seminar details how the science can impact an institution’s growing need for security and convenience while illustrating the inherent cost savings realized when using biometrics.
“US Biometrics recognizes that security related issues are becoming increasingly more publicized which allows us the opportunity to continue educating others about the ease and convenience factors surrounding biometrics,” states David Delgrosso, president of US Biometrics. “We can contribute our knowledge and expertise to these institutions so that they may create strategies to secure a safe and technologically advanced environment,” he adds.
