U.S. Vision has installed M2SYS Technology’s RightPunch biometric time clock attendance system. This PC-based software will work with U.S. Vision’s Kronos timekeeping software to enable employee clock in and out via biometric authentication.
The RightPunch system uses M2SYS’ Hybrid Biometric Platform, which can support fingerprint, iris and finger or palm vein biometrics. Alternatively, it can also accept PIN entry for clocking in and out. It also supports offline punch storage and schedule enforcement.
U.S. Vision has installed the system in each of its 700 location. The server-based system connects to the M2SYS Central Data Management System for data synchronization and communication between site locations. U.S. Vision utilizes the fingerprint scanning method for its employees.
U.S. Vision hopes the new system will boost productivity, increase employee accountability and reduce labor costs.
