Select Twins fans will be given the opportunity to test out Target Field’s new contactless payment system, according to TMC.
At each home game, ten lucky fans seated in the U.S. Bank Home Run Porch will receive a MasterCard PayPass fob, preloaded with $10 in credit redeemable at the stadium’s concession stands.
The fob allows fans to pay for concessions by simply tapping the device against contactless readers.
The new system is expected to decrease the amount of time spent at the register so fans can get back to watching the game, says TMC.
