Truecount, an RFID software company focused on the retail space, released an RFID solution, coined RFID 2-Go, for small to mid-sized retailers wanting to count inventory quickly and with maximum accuracy.
The complete item-level solution is presented in a lightweight briefcase format for fast deployment and portability. Truecount RFID 2-Go enables counting and tracking – by style, size, color, quantity, location and more – for retailers and merchandisers on-site, or on the road.
The compact solution includes a hand-held RFID scanner/reader and a Truecount workstation consisting of a laptop, network gear, integrated RFID and an RFID antenna, packed into a durable harden case suitable for shipping or hand carrying.
With RFID 2-Go, a single person can record the entire inventory on the sales floor as well as back stock, scanning thousands of items in minutes. The high degree of accuracy and visibility into inventory and inventory processes is designed to make it easy for operations to keep shelves, sales floors and backrooms perfectly stocked.
