TAGSYS has introduced its total management system for the textile rental services market, an end-to-end system to enable laundries and their customers to reduce linen abuse, regulate hoarding and accelerate their time for return on investment.

The new system includes all the necessary components: RFID technologies, materials, software and consulting services to ensure the management and logistics process of the textile items from, to and within the laundry and its customers, all from a single source.

The cloud-based system accurately tracks RFID-enabled textile products that are in and out of the facility and provides a detailed analysis of all the processes undergone by each tagged item all the way to the customer’s site.

As part of the system, the recently introduced LinTRAK RFID tag, a woven label which can be integrated into textile items, can sustain a temperature of 200 deg C (392 deg F) and is guaranteed for 200 cycles or three years.
