Sue Stedd joins SmartCentric Technologies as Western North America sales manager

Sue Stedd, who helped pilot e-ticketing technology for Major League Baseball and who has a background in encryption systems, has joined SmartCentric Technologies as sales manager for the company’s North American western region. It’s a further indicator of SmartCentric’s growing commitment to expansion across multiple markets.
Dublin, Ireland and West Palm Beach, Florida, United States–SmartCentric Technologies International Ltd (SmartCentric) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Stedd to the position of Sales Manager for the Western Region, North America. Sue will be based in San Diego, California.
This new role complements SmartCentric’s continuing expansion and success in North America and emphasizes our commitment to future strategic development across multiple markets. In particular, the first release of the fully contactless (RFID) version of SmartCity, due for release during the first half 2007, ensures that SmartCentric’s presence is increasingly strong in our core markets – campus, corporate, loyalty, parking and e-ticketing.
Sue Stedd brings with her more than 15 years of international sales and marketing expertise in RF and smart card technologies. Her combined experience piloting e-ticketing technology with Major League Baseball together with her solid background selling encryption systems worldwide provides her with a strong knowledge base that will serve the SmartCentric team well. Most recently, Sue has been involved in assisting the sales and marketing efforts of emerging technology companies.
