Sirit forms exclusive partnership with MIKOH

Sirit Inc. has announced a worldwide partnership with MIKOH Corporation. The deal involves the use of MIKOH’s Smart&Secure tamper-indication technology in Sirit’s passive RFID automatic vehicle identification (AVI) solutions.
The three-year agreement, with two additional three-year options, licenses Sirit exclusively to promote and sell MIKOH’s patented Smart&Secure technology worldwide in passive AVI systems for physically secure vehicle tags. MIKOH will receive a sliding-scale royalty based on volume of sales. Sirit has also formed a partnership with 3M to produce the AVI solutions.
