Sagem Sécurité selected by Malaysia for new biometric ID system

Sagem Sécurité has been selected by Malaysia to supply the latest version of its MetaMorpho 4.0 automated fingerprint identification system, which features the latest biometric comparison algorithms. It is designed for use in criminal cases by the Royal Malaysian Police.
Sagem Sécurité will deliver a ten-finger and palm identification solution to Malaysia, based on a central AFIS workstation and dedicated stations. Several mobile stations will be supplied as well for rapid mobilization task forces.
