Virtual directory solutions provider Radiant Logic is releasing two cloud-based identity products at this week’s Gartner Catalyst Conference in San Diego.
The new offerings are the RadiantOne Cloud Federation Service (CFS) and the RadiantOne Virtual Directory Server Plus (VDS+). The products are intended to be deployed together to virtualize enterprise-wide identity service that supports cloud single sign-on and secure connections to cloud-based applications using federation architectures.
These two products help businesses connect internal and cloud-based identities. When used together, they collect scattered identity infrastructures and turn them into one logical identity that can be used for single sign-on.
The CFS Identity Provider and Security Token Service authenticates users and generates vendor-specific application tokens. The VDS+ product creates virtual aggregated directories for internal identity management.
