The PinPoint Group has launched its complete line of AeroMASTER, AeroCREW and AeroRACK tool and asset management systems specifically designed for aerospace manufacturers, maintainers and operators worldwide.

Developed under a partnership with IDZ Technologies, the PinPoint system employs RFID technology and GPS tracking to enhance the accountability and control of tools, ground support equipment and other devices.

Fully compatible with customers’ existing tools, the integrated system offers a comprehensive tracking solution to generate 100 percent tool accountability and to significantly reduce foreign object damage (FOD) risk.

Through RFID and GPS signals, users are also able to track the path of an asset in a hangar or on a flight line. Additionally, the system is able to track tool calibration cycles and battery charge levels, and allows technicians to monitor when a tool is broken or requires service.
