OTA Training has announced the launch of the first nationally standardized NFC educational series – the NFC Bootcamp.
The six-city seminar tour brings together NFC industry leaders to present their ideas on creating successful market strategies using NFC technology. The seminar will also feature real-world, hands-on demos of NFC at work.
As the NFC ecosystem begins to mature and moves from payments to marketing based applications, there will be an increased demand for business leaders who understand how to harness the power of NFC marketing, according to OTA.
“Mobile applications, Point of Sale, location based value delivery – all will have to be adapted to meet the needs of the NFC-empowered customer,” said the company in a release.
The locations and dates for the NFC Bootcamps are:
- Dallas – June 22
- Boston – July 20
- Chicago – September 21
- Minneapolis – October 19
- Atlanta – November 16
- Santa Clara – December 17
