NFC operators must team up with supermarkets to convince consumers

According to an online poll released by marketing firm Acxiom, one in five mobile users in the UK are ready to embrace NFC. The poll also showed that females would use the service to mostly collect coupons, and married couples 45-54 in age would be most likely to pay via NFC.
The results suggest that if NFC operators team up with supermarkets the adoption rate will be much higher, according to MobileToday.uk. Nearly everyone shops and saving a few minutes at the checkout line is something we will all appreciate.
