Neurotechnology releases two new MegaMatcher solutions

Neurotechnology has announced the release of two new software development kits (SDKs) from their MegaMatcher line of offerings. The two new releases, MegaMatcher 4.2 and MegaMatcher On Card 3.0, both offer support for fingerprint, facial and iris recognition to be used either individually or as a multi-factor solution by Neurotechnology’s VeriFinger 6.4, VeriLook 5.1 and VeriEye identification engines, respectively.
Neurotechnology is touting the new functionality of the upgraded versions have over their predecessors. The MegaMatcher 4.2 SDK improves the capabilities of all three of its matching algorithms for the different biometric modes it supports.
And the MegaMatcher On Card SDK has new functionality and supports Java and native smart card platforms as well as the introduction of iris recognition to its matching capabilities enabling it to operate with up to three biometric modes for the first time.
