Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, a Maryland-based pediatric hospital, has chosen PerfectTIME biometric time and attendance software as a means to streamlining workforce management processes of the hospital’s 600 employees as well as easing various aspects of operations. According to hospital officials, PerfectTime will eliminate buddy punching and other errors in employee through biometric terminals for clocking in and out.

In addition to providing biometric terminals to replace time cards, the system also is capable of data collection and distribution and helping to enforce some hospital policies. Further, as PerfectTIME includes a Web-client, employees and managers are able to access the time and labor data from anywhere they have an Internet connection.
