M2SYS Technologies announced its RightPunch line of biometric time and attendance tracking solution, which had already been deployed to Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, has been deployed to the California State University, Fresno Association.
The RightPunch time clocks at both the California State University locations, which rely on scanning a user’s unique palm vein pattern via near infrared light, are used in conjunction with Kronos Workforce Central workforce management time and attendance software.
Employees at select campus locations use the system to clock in and out using the palm vein reader.
M2SYS executives tout the solution as one that will cut costs for any organization, ensuring that employees are only able to punch in or out when they are at work, while also reducing the amount of time employees spend clocking in, reducing error rates and eliminating fines and legal fees associated with compliance issues.
