KORE, ITN track attendee data in real time at CTIA Wireless
KORE Telematics, a Reston, Va. digital wireless services provider specializing in machine-to-machine communications, and ITN International, a Bethesda, Md. provider of information exchange tools for trade shows, are providing a full service wireless lead generation solution for CTIA Wireless 2009 April 1-3 in Las Vegas.
Powered by the KORE network and running on a Nokia 6212 Classic NFC device, ITN’s bCardMobile Cellular Network enables wireless information exchange among CTIA attendees and exhibitors.
The integrated NFC-capable system allows visitor badge data to be scanned by exhibitors and uploaded in real time to a secure Web site provided by ITN. Up to 550 Nokia NFC-compliant phones were distributed at the show, supporting 3G speeds for rapid data transmission. This enables exhibitors to send more detailed information about new leads directly to company headquarters and customer relationship management systems.
