Konica Minolta announced a partnership with ITC Systems Inc. in an effort to streamline campus print-for-pay service capabilities on Konica Minolta’s color or monochrome bizhub multifunctional products.
The Vendor 2 port enables campuses to set multiple pricing modules based on each function–for example print, copy, fax, and scan–on letter-, legal- and ledger-sized paper in color and monochrome.
These same systems enable campuses to manage charges for Vendor 2 capabilities as well as charges for the use of other applications, such as time on a PC, food and drink vending machines, laundry machines, and parking in a card-based, cashless campus environments.
ITC Systems also provides technology features, which enable the ability to charge for scanning to USB as well as printing from USB. In addition, users can charge for scan-to-email, scan-to-SMB as well as charge a separate connection rate for faxes.
