TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–March 7, 2003–KESM Transaction Solutions announced today that it would be hosting the Fore! Honors loyalty program for golf players and facilities.
The program will debut in the greater Detroit area this spring, featuring 18 area facilities. The Orchards, Boulder Point and Moose Ridge are just three of the eighteen courses that will be part of the Fore! Honors roll out. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Darren McCarty Cancer Foundation. The program and system components will be exhibited at the Michigan Golf Show – March 7 – 9, Novi ExpoCenter – Booth 1331.
Fore! Honors affords members the opportunity to earn loyalty “yards” at any of the participating courses and allows the facility “to reward its best customers” notes Fore! Honors President, Pat Damer. “The Instant Reward feature allows two to play a course for the price of one. The feature is activated upon sign up and, basically, pays for the cost of membership.”
The program also allows accumulated “yards” to be redeemed for merchandise, refreshments, supplies or facility use. Members receive a weekly email with Divot Deals, offers like “double yards” at specific courses or invitations to local tournaments, as two examples. Members access their program details for each of the 18 courses at a secure link on the Fore! Honors web site (http://www.ForeHonors.com).
KESM Transaction Solutions provides and manages all the data management of the program:
– Customization of the Catuity Loyalty application.
– Maintenance of the membership database.
– Delivery of membership data to Fore! Honors site.
– Issuance and personalization of the Fore! Honors smart card.
