Intelligent InSites, WaveMark provides solution to manage consumable medical assets

Intelligent InSites and WaveMark announced the integration of WaveMark’s enterprise visibility solution of consumable assets including medical implantable devices and supplies with the Intelligent InSites enterprise RTLS software solution.
WaveMark provides a complete consumable asset tracking solution that consists of RFID-enabled smart cabinets, business intelligence software, and point of care stations. This cloud-based RFID supply chain management solution allows hospitals to manage their inventory levels by adjusting par levels to match usage, eliminating waste from expired products.
In conjunction with the Intelligent InSites RTLS solution, which provides a unified user interface, WaveMark’s solution can offer health care organizations the ability to improve patient satisfaction and patient care, while further driving clinical workflow and supply chain optimization.
In addition, the solution can conduct analysis on device usage per room and physician to support effective inventory consumption and regulatory compliance.
