Intelleflex announced an expanding portfolio of solution offerings for automating data capture and condition monitoring and track and trace accountability for food and pharmaceutical industries.
Built with XC3 Technology, the Intelleflex CMR-6100 RFID reader is a fully integrated cellular-enabled, GPS-equipped multi-protocol RFID reader with support for ISO Class 3 battery assisted passive and EPCglobal C1G2 passive standards. It boasts the ability to read and write at distances of 300 feet or more in most environments including pallets, inside containers, and around metals and liquids.
Built-in self monitoring, interference detection and loopback test mode capabilities allow the reader to be managed, maintained and updated remotely, making it ideal for deployments at worksites, fields or where access to local area networks is not an option.
The CMR-6100 combined with Intelleflex ZEST Data Services can improve the quality, safety and delivered freshness of fresh, frozen and packaged foods while reducing waste and delivering track-and-trace records in the event of recalls.
Intelleflex RFID technology also provides automated data capture to help optimize asset management and monitoring temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals in the supply chain, without unpacking or tampering with the container.
