IDpack launches newest card production software

IDpack, a Quebec-based ID card software provider, has rolled out the latest versions of its software designed to produce cards and badges for corporations, associations and schools. The company has three versions–Professional, Business and Element which range from producing badges with biometrics capabilities to single-sided badges with few security options.
The new IDpack card software trio introduces features stemming from user input and recommendations and includes:
*Cross-platform plastic card printing;
*Integrated imaging and photo editing tools;
*Streamlined database connectivity;
*Advanced security and privileges management;
*Enterprise solution integration with the command line interface.
The Professional version, designed for large and medium-sized organizations with high security requirements, features mag stripe, bar code and smart card encoding, and fingerprint and electronic signature capture.
The Business version is for small and medium-sized organizations that don’t need advanced biometric technologies, while the basic Element edition is for smaller businesses and non-profit organizations that need single-sided ID cards with fewer security options.
