iDcentrix announced it has signed a partnership agreement with Sistemas Integrales de Automatización S.A de C.V (SIASA), a systems integrator based in Mexico, to market identity products and services in the country. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The partnership agreement is focused on offering government organizations in the region state-of-the-art technology that assures the integrity of identification cards such as driver licenses, voter identification cards and other associated documents.
iDcentrix’s use of banknote paper, which can include complex watermarks, a security feature found in most world currencies and passports, is unique in the identification card industry.
iDcentrix’ patented identification card utilizes this high-security paper and fuses it together with clear polycarbonate. Personal data and most security features are therefore permanently melted into the card, not merely applied on to it. This offers governments, systems integrators, security printers and other organizations a tamper-resistant identification product to address the global issue of identity authentication and related security matters.
