High school enables student IDs for cafeteria purchases
Students at Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua, N.H. are using their student IDs to make purchases in the school’s cafeteria. The high school deployed a system from ITC Systems, Toronto.
The private school’s new MultiPlan on-line system means student photo ID cards can be linked to accounts and used to buy food in the cafeteria and at vending machines.
The system has been so well received that the system will be expanding to include a Web Purchase component that will enable parents to purchase meal plans online and a system for integrating the school’s library and bookstore.
