Gaming Partners International will be on hand at this year’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E) to present its latest developments in security and RFID casino products with highlights including a new chip inventory system, an RFID chip tray and portable RFID reader.
GPI’s new chip inventory system utilizes RFID technology to track the location and status of all RFID chips throughout the casino, from the cage to the gaming floor. The new system enables real-time monitoring of inventory and validation of chip amounts and serial numbers, which further streamlines chip management processes and increases accuracy of cash outs.
GPI also plans to show off its new RFID chip trays, available in single- and dual-tray options. The trays will provide real-time counting of chips and movement, with detailed tracking of chip tray activities including everything from ‘lid-up’ to ‘locked’ and more. This chip tray technology comes equipped with up to five security sensors for enhanced monitoring and is available in a variety of sizes.
GPI will also demonstrate its new portable chip reader. Convenient to transport and deploy, the durable portable reader can authenticate batches of up to 400 chips instantly.
The Global Gaming Expo will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 16 – 19.
