GAO RFID announced the release of a new active RFID tag operating at 433 MHz, designed for access control and tracking of assets and personnel.
The ultra high frequency tag consumes minimal power and comes with several options including an LEF and buzzer from finding tagged items or alerting tag wearers.
The tag uses an anti-collision algorithm to ensure all data will be received, even when many tags are transmitting at once.
It comes with an optional bracket that supports mounting to a variety of assets with a flat surface, and it can also be easily attached to items via the slotted hole near one of its ends.
