Entrust is introducing Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) certificate trials aiming to streamline security protocols. The elliptic curve certificates will provide the same level of security as other products but offer enhanced performance.

The certificates achieve this by reducing the key length that is required to encrypt other methods.

In just three simple steps, organizations are able to test different types of ECC digital certificates, including SSL server certificates and S/MIME certificates.
