Continual Movement, KeyTone expands RFID processes for hotel asset management

Continual Movement, a consultant and provider of process improvement for the hospitality industry, has selected KeyTone Technologies’ AssetTrace platform as the software foundation for its RFID-based hotel asset tracking solution.
The hotel asset tracking solution is design to address a number of critical areas in the hotel or casino to ensure cost reductions and improved efficiency of operations: asset management, terry and linen and wine and liquor.
Since partnering together in early 2012, Continual Movement’s RFID software solution has been deployed in multiple hotels throughout the United States, with the rate of adoption anticipated to grow significantly in 2013.
RFID tags are affixed to assets and data on the asset’s usage and movement is captured to streamline processes and provide detailed analytics – accurate stock levels, decreased out-of-stock situations, decreased shrinkage, higher service levels, faster invoice-to-cash collection, and fewer write-offs.
