Intelligent InSites Inc. announced a partnership with Singapore-based real-time location system (RTLS) provider Cadi Scientific to integrate Cadi’s RFID technology with the InSites RTLS software solution.

The InSites software is designed to gather real-time location and condition sensing data from a variety type of RTLS technology, including active RFID, infrared/RF, passive RFID, ultrasound, Wi-Fi, and ZigBee.

This real-time data and InSites’ applications, such as asset management, patient flow, or temperature monitoring applications, hospitals are able to achieve better patient satisfaction and patient care.

Hospitals are able to wirelessly monitor patients’ temperature, automate vital signs data entry, track and manage patients and assets in real-time, and optimize patient flow and bed capacity.
