Alien Technology’s latest RFID reader products now support the Intel UHF RFID Transceiver R1000, the company announced today.
Alien plans to offer readers in new, smaller form factors with the advanced EPCglobal Gen 2 and software-enhanced features. The Intel R1000 will enable RFID readers to be used in a broader spectrum of new application segments, Alien folks said at press time.
