FaceKey products to be used for Real Estate Call Centers

FaceKey Corporation announced today that Centralized Showing Service, Inc. an around-the-clock call center headquartered in Lenexa, KS has selected the EntryGuard™ fingerprint-based time and attendance system and access control system for several of its Real Estate Call Centers. FaceKey fingerprint-based time clocks and access control products will be used to improve efficiency and free the staff to help Realtors® sell their clients’ homes. Because all the FaceKey products use the same database of users, a company that has a time clock, can install additional FaceKey security products without further enrollment of employees.
FaceKey Products Enter New Niche in Call Centers
SAN ANTONIO, TX — FaceKey Corporation, the manufacturer of biometric security products utilizing fingerprint and/or facial recognition, announced today that Centralized Showing Service, Inc. an around-the-clock call center headquartered in Lenexa, KS (http://www.showings.com), has selected the EntryGuard™ fingerprint-based time and attendance system and access control system for several of its Real Estate Call Centers.
Kevin Faherty, Vice President of Centralized Showing Service, Inc.(CSS) emphasized that the major reason for selecting FaceKey fingerprint based time clocks and access control products is to improve efficiency and free the staff to help Realtors® sell their clients’ homes. CSS currently schedules over 15 million showings per year and serves more than 100,000 Realtors® in 40 markets across the U.S. Because all the FaceKey products use the same database of users, a company that has a time clock, can quickly install additional FaceKey security products without further enrollment of employees. CSS immediately saw a reduction in its labor costs because of the accuracy of the time clocks.
