Boston cancer center taps Versus RTLS
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute located of Boston has selected Versus Advantages real-time locating system from Versus Technology.
Versus Advantages will be implemented for real-time location of patients, staff and equipment as well as work flow automation throughout the clinics Yawkey Center. Versus Advantages combines rules-based viewing, reporting and automation software with infrared locating and RFID badge status.
It is able to capture the patient’s location, stage of care and alert staff to significant visit intervals or a patient’s wait time. Staff can also find patient information on the Versus Glance-and-Go electronic displays to facilitate communication exchange.
