Stockport Central Library, UK can now focus its attention more on customer satisfaction, thanks to new RFID-enabled self services kiosks, reports the Stockport Borough News.

The newly installed kiosks, provided by Stockport-based Intellident Ltd., will enable residents the ability to borrow books, return books, renew loans and pay fines all at one machine. This in turn allows staff time to perform more productive tasks, such as reshelf items and support customers with their reading selections.
