Citrix has integrated TeleSign’s Verify and PhoneID products into its CloudPortal in order to enhance the portal’s security and enable fraud control.

Citrix’s CloudPortal is a platform that helps companies manage business and operations support services, customers and cloud services. With the addition of the two TeleSign products, the portal is now capable of blocking illegitimate users from getting into the cloud, tampering with cloud-based applications and defrauding CloudPortal clients.

The TeleSign products also enable automated fraud screening on a global level. The technology is designed to help clients detect fraud faster and reduce operational costs.
