Silanis updates Mobile e-Sign for secure mobile device use

Electronic signature solution provider Silanis has updated its Mobile e-Sign module as part of its e-Sign Enterprise platform.

The module now supports the Thursby PKard SDK, the Biometric Associates baiMobile SDK and the SIC Biometrics SDK, which give Defense Department Common Access Card and PIV smart card support for mobile devices.

The upgrades give government bodies and agencies the capability to have built in e-signature technology for their mobile devices, allowing employees to access, view and electronic sign secure documents wherever they have an internet connection.

The system also enables enterprises to deploy secure e-signatures within a BYOD environment.
