The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has signed an agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to implement the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Global Entry program in Saudi Arabia.

Global Entry is a program designed to streamline the airport screening process for trusted travelers and allow customs authorities to better handle unknown travelers and handle potential threats.

The Department of Homeland Security and the Saudi Arabian Interior Ministry are also in talks about establishing a reciprocal program for Saudi Arabians entering the U.S.
