RSA has enhanced its RSA Adaptive Authentication On Premise product that works against threats like Zeus, Citadel and Gozi Prinimalka Trojan.

RSA Adaptive Authentication uses a “big data” approach to risk management by looking at over 100 different risk indicators to validate a user’s activity. The system also has Trojan detection features such as proxy and HTML injection protection, which detects and flags fraudulent changes to end users’ browser display through Man in the Browser attacks.

The system also defends against Trojan attacks that use automated scripts to for fraudlent payees and money transfers. It does so by using man vs. machine protection to determine whether data input is done through mouse movements or keystrokes.

To defend against proxy attacks, the RSA system has the ability to determine whether a login or transaction is happening through a proxy, and it can adjust its risk response.

The system bas added capabilities to work with mobile devices, using location awareness and enhanced device identification to assess risk.
