Aviorel International Joins Labcal’s Network of Partners

Labcal Technologies Inc., a Quebec-based company delivering authentication solutions based on fingerprint, smart card and public key cryptography technologies, is pleased to announce its new partnership with Aviorel International for the representation of its products in the defence and aerospace market throughout Europe.

The Manager of Aviorel, Mr Claude Pallarès, brings a wide range of expertise to Labcal. Specialized in airport security, sales, traffic, and cargo transportation, M. Pallarès has more than 30 years experience in airline companies such as Swissair, Air Canada and American Airlines. He also has 8 years of experience consulting in the aeronautic field.

“This addition is a key element in Labcal‚s expansion plans. Mr Pallarès brings a strong understanding of the defence and aerospace market and numerous contacts in Europe. We are pleased to have him on our team,” said Hugues Gervais, Vice President of Business Development at Labal.

This new association brings extensive resources and experience to maximize results during transactions, it will also allow Labcal to access a large business network and knowledge base and will help the company focus on maximizing value and meeting its clients’ objectives in the defence and aerospace market in Europe.

Aviorel will be showcasing Labcal‚s solutions at ILA in Berlin (May 10 to May 16, 2004). Labcal will also be exhibiting at IFSEC 2004, in Birmingham, UK (May 10-13, 2004).
