KnowledgeTree adds single sign-on support for identity providers

North Carolina-based SaaS provider KnowledgeTree has added SAML single sign-on support for internal and external identity providers, enabling simplified user authentication and standardizing content security levels.

The SAML single sign-on support enables companies to use their existing network password policies for access to KnowledgeTree’s cloud-based tools. This allows companies to quickly grant or deny employee access to the cloud when that employee’s status within the company changes.

KnowledgeTree also has plans to announce partnerships with leading single sign-on providers to enable more flexible SAML support.
