Fullerton Public Library, Ca. has selected Integrated Technology Group as its supplier in support of an upcoming RFID implementation for enhanced materials flow and management.

ITG will deliver its FlexCheck Staff Stations to provide for initial tagging of all Fullerton materials and supply its Mobile Staff Stations, which includes an RFID antenna for tag programming and a wand used for inventory, search and shelf order.

In addition, the library will install XpressCheck self checkout stations, security gates with ITG’s ExitWatch theft prevention and item tracking software, and a FullSortTM 9-bin automated materials handling system.

The main branch began renovating all of its equipment and technology in June 2010 and will continue until June 2011.
