Gemalto has launched a new portfolio of products and services designed specifically for government agencies that are implementing secure national identity programs. This Coesys Applications Portfolio enables many eServices and integrates mobile technology.

Coesys Applications gives security to citizens for online tax management and payment services, benefits distribution and fraud reduction through electronic documents and administration. The portfolio also works with medical scenarios, with eVerification for electronic verification of a patient’s entitlement and eClaim for electronic claims on medical expenses. Other applications include electronic voting.

Coesys is designed to provide quick delivery of citizen applications and migrate citizens to a safe, secure online platform. The system can also be used on smartphones and tablets.
