Empirix offers Testing as a Service for voice biometrics

Empirix is offering Quality Assurance testing services for those industries utilizing voice prints to ensure quality, improve application security and enable a hands-free user environment.

As reported on BillingWorld.com, Empirix’s Testing as a Service (ETaaS) is designed to help companies validate authentication and enrollment applications that use voice biometrics, as well as speed up deployment, identify potential customer issues and save money.

The ETaaS has a full protocol of steps for testing voice biometrics to ensure full validation and authentication, as well as feedback on how to make positive adjustments to a system.
