CreditCall, a Los Angeles-based provider of EMV software and payment processing products for contact, contactless and mobile payments, partnered with the EMV Academy, a U.S.-based EMV training and consulting firm, for the migration to EMV chip-based payment systems in the U.S.

As part of this collaboration, EMV Academy will now offer CreditCall’s EMV Level 2 Kernel products in all of its workshops. These products help card reader manufacturers and terminal integrators in their efforts to become EMV compliant. The EMV Academy offers EMV training, migration, compliance, and documentation services across contact, contactless and mobile NFC payment sectors.

CreditCall has over 100 certified Kernels and more than one million Kernels deployed worldwide. It offers EMV services as well as services for kiosks, parking, ticketing, vending and other unattended payment systems. In the U.K. is has launched CardEase Mobile, a chip and PIN mobile payments app that works with a mobile card reader.
