Codebench partners with Open Options

Codebench Inc. announced that it has formed a technology partnership with Open Options Inc., and has integrated its PIVCheck software suite with Open Options’ DNA Fusion access control solution.

As a result of this integration, Codebench’s PIVCheck software suite, a card validation, authentication and registration solution for HSPD-12 compliance, enables DNA Fusion customers to validate PIV, TWIC, FRAC or CAC cards using a facility’s existing physical access control database contained in the DNA Fusion system.

Codebench’s PIVCheck Plus software suite uses three-factor identification to determine the cardholder’s identifying data and biometric information, and verifies the validity of the card by checking with the appropriate card validation authority or other entity, such as the TWIC Canceled Card List.

DNA Fusion is an enterprise-level access control software that can monitor several systems through a common interface including audio and IP video recording. Designed with 100% InfoReady architecture, DNA Fusion is an IT-centric open access control platform that features drag and drop functionality, custom menus and advanced alarm handling.
