Software, manufacturing and security technology developer, Avalon Technology Group, has agreed to purchase biometric and security company Worldwide Security Acquisitions (WSA) for $1 million plus future payments based on revenue from the acquisition. Avalon will be changing the name of WSA to Avalon Biometric Solutions as they become a complete subsidy of Avalon.

Included in the purchase of WSA are all of its software that is awaiting FIPS certification and some patents that have been submitted recently.
